NPCLocal now shows contractors their call log and sends alerts with the actual job type

Contractors with a listing on NPCLocal can now see every call that came through their profile: the date, the time, and whether the caller left a voicemail. Before this week, that information was invisible. Now it sits in a log on their end, showing which service types draw steady interest and which go quiet.

The email alert that fires when a call comes in also got a fix. It used to label the inquiry with something like 'uncategorized.' It now states the actual job type and what the customer needs. A plumber no longer picks up a callback wondering whether it was about a leak or a new install, and the customer does not have to re-explain the problem from scratch. Call data stays on the site and is not sold.
