We run a local service directory here in the Coastal Bend. You post a job asking for roof repair. A contractor sees it and calls you back. Until today, the notification email they got just said 'you got a call' with no details. The contractor had to dig through their phone or memory to remember which job it was about.
We fixed that. The notification tells them the exact service now. 'You got a call about roof repair' instead of a blank message. Sounds small, but it means contractors answer your callback faster and actually remember what you asked for before they dial.
This matters because a lot of folks were losing work to miscommunication. A roofer gets a call, forgets if it's about shingles or hail damage, and sounds confused when they pick up. You hang up. Now they stay sharp.
