NPCLocal tracks real call volume on local business listings so neighbors can see who is actually busy

NPCLocal now surfaces call activity on the phone numbers published in its Coastal Bend directory. When someone dials a listing through the site, that call is counted. Over weeks, patterns emerge: one AC shop draws three calls a day, another draws one. The data is drawn from actual calls on NPCLocal links, not estimates.

The data stays in-house. NPCLocal owns it and is not selling it to third parties. A feature letting businesses view their own call history is in progress.
