We spent the last few days fixing something that sounds boring but matters: our phone number was wrong in some places and right in others. Google had one number, Yelp had another, and our own site had a third. If you called the wrong one, you hit our repair line instead of our main line.

This is a mess we created ourselves by not keeping track of which number goes where. We fixed it by connecting our listing to Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, and the other places people find us. Now they all talk to each other, and they all say the same thing.

It's the kind of thing you don't think about until you're the one calling the wrong number. Now it's straight.
