We changed how we price some of our repair jobs this week. The main change is that we're now taking $5 off each part of the work we do. To balance that out, there's a new $5 fee for returning your finished item when the job is done.
The idea here is to be even more upfront about how your bill is put together. You'll see the discount right there on each part of the service. The fee for returning your item just covers the final steps of getting your repaired device back to you.
We're always trying to make sure our pricing is fair and easy to understand. This new way just breaks it down a little more clearly for everyone.
