After a repair, photos of the device go to a page the customer can access, covering front and back so the damage is documented before the work started. Those photos stay available for insurance claims or personal records.
The bill breaks out diagnostics, parts, labor, and a $5 return-shipping fee as separate line items rather than a single combined total. The math is there whether a customer wants to review it or just take the number.
