posting now requires a fee.
If you need to hire, you buy credits upfront. Seekers still post for free.

The NPCLocal job board flipped to paid posting for employers. You buy a bundle of credits before you post. Each job costs one credit. Seekers don't pay anything.
Why this matters: free boards get spammed to hell. You end up sorting through garbage. Paid boards have fewer dead listings and way less scam noise. The people posting actually want to hire.
How it works day to day: employers go to /jobs/employers, buy a bundle (5 posts, 10 posts, whatever), then post. The system auto-deducts a credit each time. You can manage your listing, renew it, or close it out. Seekers search and apply the same way they always did.
We also added Featured placement. Costs 15 bucks extra. Your job shows at the top of the list for that trade in that town. It's advertising, not magic ranking. Your job still has to be real.
The whole thing is dark until Jay flips the switch. Right now it's moderated by hand and gated behind Stripe. No spam gets through.
