We built a portal for renters to request repairs. Instead of typing out what's broken or when they need help, they can call and tell someone. The intake process is faster and works for people who'd rather talk than fill out a form.

The phone link also expires. Once the job is booked or the time window closes, the link stops working. You're not stuck with a URL that works forever.
