Repair pricing on NPCLocal now breaks out each task separately, with a flat pickup or dropoff fee at the end

Every repair task on NPCLocal now costs five dollars less than before. If a device needs three separate fixes, that is fifteen dollars off the old bundled price. A single five-dollar fee is added when the job is done and the device changes hands, pickup or dropoff. One line item at the end instead of a lump total that did not show its work.
