If you run a repair shop and need to hire a tech, you can post a job on our website and start getting real applications. The listing shows what you're paying per job, how warranty work gets handled, and whether travel time counts. A tech can see exactly what they're signing up for before they call you back.
We wrote down the stuff that usually blows up later. If a part breaks under warranty, the tech gets paid to fix it. If a customer declines the repair, the tech still gets paid for the diagnosis. On-call shifts are optional, and the tech picks when he works, not whether. A cracked part that comes back never leaves the tech unpaid.
The website runs in the Coastal Bend right now. If you're hiring or looking for work, you can see every open job and what it actually pays.
