The callback scheduler has quick-pick buttons for common times: plus 15 minutes, plus 30, plus 1 hour, plus 2 hours, or tomorrow at 9 AM. No calendar picker unless you want exact control. Staff phone auto-fills, so you just pick the time and confirm.
The Text-via-Voice button sits right on the ticket and pre-addresses the customer's number. Click it, Google Voice opens with the customer's phone in the To field. No copy-paste, no hunting for the number. And the message logs to the ticket, so you have a record.
Both features live in the Communication section, so they're always visible and never buried.
