We rewrote how The Screener says hello. Instead of the stiff 'can I help you' opener, it now asks questions like a real diagnostician would. Curious. Listening. Less robot.

The greeting changed so it sounds less like a machine. It still writes down what they tell it. It still screens and logs the call. But it sounds less robotic.

This is a small change that matters. People call a repair shop because they need help, not because they want to talk to a computer. If the AI sounds like it actually cares about their problem, they're more likely to stay on the line and give you the info you need.
