Seven things you griped about are fixed for good.

Over the last month we got reports from customers that something felt off when they booked a repair. The site was slow in spots, some text was confusing, the payment flow had a weird step. We took every one of those seriously.

We found seven different issues: some in how we worded things, some in how the code was running, some in how money moved around. We fixed all of them. We also paid back customers who hit the worst one, where a rush fee got charged and wouldn't come off.

This is the kind of work that doesn't show up in a blog post or a feature announcement. It's just what you do when people tell you something's broken. We should have caught most of it before anyone had to complain.
