Jobs Board · NPCLocal

Spanish speakers find work.

The Coastal Bend has jobs in their language. The whole board flips to Spanish. Search, filter, apply. Employers post once in English.

A Spanish speaker in Corpus Christi or Calallen can browse the jobs board in Spanish. They search for work, filter by city and trade, read job details, and apply. Everything they see is in Spanish. The employer posted it once in English, but we show it in both languages.

It's not a translation that appears sometimes. It's built into the board itself. A button at the top switches the whole page to Spanish. You get Spanish labels, Spanish instructions, Spanish everything except the job description itself, which stays how the employer wrote it.

This matters because a lot of work in South Texas is done by Spanish speakers. Now they don't have to read English job posts or translate in their head. They see the work in the language they work in.
