The NPCLocal front page got a topic strip. Right below the main stories, you see chips for Jobs, For Hire, Straight Talk, and other sections. Tap one. See all the stories in that topic.

Why it's there: the site has a lot of stuff now. Jobs board, for-hire board, daily news, calculators, price index. One person might only care about jobs. Another person only wants to know what side work is available. The topic strip gets you there fast.

How it works: you land on the front page. You see the newest stories. Below that, you see topic chips. Each chip shows the topic name and how many new stories are in it. Tap "Jobs" and you see every job posting and article about hiring. Tap "For Hire" and you see services.

It's the same topics as the sections in the newspaper. You can browse by topic or by the daily edition. Whatever works for you.

The chips are clickable and they're color-coded so you know where you are. It's a fast way to skip the stuff you don't care about and find the stuff you do.
