We rebuilt npcfix, our remote support app, from the ground up

NPC Fix is our remote support app. You send us a support link, we connect to your Windows computer over the internet, take control, and fix what is broken. No technician comes to the house. We rebuilt the whole app over the last few days: the technician side runs better, customer setup is simpler, and the remote control is faster.

It logs in through Google, stays installed after restarts, and shows you what we are doing at every step. Updates no longer force you to reinstall anything. The app is shipping.
