NPC Fix is our remote support app. You run it, we connect over the internet, and we do the repair from here, no house call. The app only takes the permissions it needs for the job, so you are not handing your whole machine to a stranger.

Setup is one install command, run once, and then we can help whenever you call. This came together over a weekend of testing against Windows security. It works and it is safe.
