NPC Fix is our remote support app, and this week we shipped an installer for it. You run the installer, we connect, and we can handle driver updates, scans, settings changes, and diagnostics without taking over your whole system. Some jobs still call for full access. Plenty do not, and now we can run a specific tool or check one thing without the run of the place.
