Remote support used to mean one thing: we connect to your whole machine, see everything, and fix it. That works fine for some jobs. But a lot of the time you just want us to run a specific tool or check one thing without giving us the run of the place. We built a remote support tool for exactly that.
You run the installer, we connect to your machine, and we can do the work. The setup is clean. We can handle driver updates, scans, settings changes, and diagnostics without turning over your whole system.
