We learned the hard way that how we handle phone numbers matters. A tech gets a job code, the repair details, the time slot, and a button to call you through our system. That call comes from the shop's number, not the tech's personal number. You don't hand out your personal information.
This was a simple change on the surface but it took real work underneath. The whole job system had to change. The tech still gets everything they need to do the work. You just stay private.
It's one of those things that should have been there from the start. Now it is.
