Business reports and a collections agent that works for you.

The Reports Explorer lets you pick from available reports, set a date range, and see the numbers in a table. Export to CSV if you need it in a spreadsheet. Inventory value, true margin, revenue by technician, aging parts, it's all there. You can audit the business without asking for a custom query.

The collections agent is gated but live. Turn it on and it will text customers with overdue invoices and ask for payment. You set the age threshold and the cap on how many it chases per day. It's autonomous but guarded, you control when it runs.

The reports are registry-driven, so adding new ones doesn't require a deploy. The agent runs nightly and logs every chase so you can see what it did.
