NPC Fix is our remote support app: we connect to your Windows computer over the internet and fix it, no house call. We spent the last few weeks rebuilding how it launches, so it runs as a regular user instead of demanding full admin access. We get in, do the work, and get out, and you keep your machine's keys.

Admin passwords are dangerous to hand out, and the new version is built so we never need them. We rebuilt the whole sign-up, the connection between your computer and ours, and the way we see your screen. It is slower than a browser would be, but more stable. You install it once and call us the next time something breaks. It is still being tested by real users.
