Before, you'd see a neighborhood with high demand and assume it was hot. But demand without action is just noise. Now you see neighborhoods where people are actually calling and getting leads.
Day to day, you look at the board and the top spots are the ones that are paying. You can dial into those first. The ones lower down might be warm but not heating up yet.
