The sell-the-slot board on the dashboard now ranks prospects by actual repair times: calls and leads. Before, it was sorted by who signed up most recently.

Why this matters: recency doesn't tell you anything. A prospect who signed up yesterday but hasn't called is less valuable than someone who signed up last week and has already called twice. Now you see the people who are actually engaging.

This is the kind of boring change that saves time every day. You don't have to scroll past cold prospects to find the hot ones.

We're learning that ranking by action is smarter than ranking by anything else. It's a pattern we're using in more places now.
