Before, if you used our remote support software while you were sitting at your computer, it would disappear the next time you restarted. That was annoying. Now it stays. You install it once and it's there the next time you turn on your machine.
This matters in the real world. If someone is helping you over the internet and your computer crashes, we can reconnect without you having to run the installer again. You don't lose your place.
