The repair booking flow on our site now shows real prices, hides your contact info from techs, and drops the handling fee

iPhone repair prices are listed on the site, screen, battery, charging port, so a customer knows the number before picking up the phone. When booking, they choose a service speed and the price reflects that choice. The handling fee that used to show up at checkout now comes out of our end, not the customer's.

On the privacy side, techs no longer see a customer's name or phone number on the work order. They see the device, the repair, and any photos. Customers set a contact preference when they drop off, and the tech follows it.

The booking form itself got a rework too. It now sits front and center instead of competing with promotional copy, and the chat window stays open across messages so someone can ask a question without starting over.
