This week we shipped a human editor for our local business directory. It reads every story we generate and rewrites it in plain English so it sounds like a person wrote it, not a machine. We also launched a remote support tool, added new service categories to the directory, got a dashboard for monitoring a smart vending cooler, and rebuilt the snacks website. The directory reads better now.

If you've been asking around about phone systems or workflow help for your business, you've probably gotten vague answers or pitches from out-of-state shops. We added four new categories to the local directory: phone answering, workflow automation, consulting, and custom software. All of it is live in the Coastal Bend and Corpus Christi area.

The thing that matters is these aren't theoretical. We built the software that answers calls for repair shops here. We run the automations that handle scheduling and lead routing. We know what actually works and what doesn't. Each category has real fact sheets and FAQs written from that ground truth, no merit claims, just honest breakdowns of how it works and what it costs.

But a lot of the time you just want us to run a specific tool or check one thing without giving us the run of the place. We built a remote support tool for exactly that.

Your video clips upload and compress at once.

If you've used video tools before, you know the flow: record, upload, wait for compression. We built the same thing into our video app. When you upload a video, it shrinks down on the way up instead of storing the full file and shrinking it later. Faster, smaller, done.

Clip is our app for recording your screen or camera, then trimming and sharing the clip.

You can trim a clip and undo it all day.

Trimming a video clip used to be all-or-nothing. You cut it, and if you didn't like it, you had to re-upload. Now when you trim a clip in your library, the app makes clean cuts. And if you hate the trim, you have 24 hours to undo it and get the original back.

The library used to be a list of thumbnails. You'd click one, it opened a new page, you watched it, you went back. Now you can hit play right there in the library and watch it inline. It's a small quality-of-life thing, but it makes browsing through clips way faster.

We built a smart vending cooler that answers customer questions and takes orders. It's running in the field now, and we needed a way to watch it without calling the site every time something felt off. The dashboard is live. We can see connection status, machine health, data usage, and whether the last sale went through clean.

The snacks site was held together with tape and hope. We rebuilt it on a real design system, added actual photos of the smart cooler, and cleaned up the whole flow. It looks professional now instead of like a proof of concept.

If you ask Siri where to take your computer, she needs to know we exist. Same with Google, Yelp, and the other tools people use to find local businesses. We took our shop and connected it across five verified profiles. Facebook, Yelp, ZoomInfo, Nextdoor, and Yellow Pages are all linked together so search engines can cross-reference and confirm we're a real, citable business.
