We shipped the full NPC Fix app this week and dropped the approval step

NPC Fix is our remote support app. We connect to a customer's computer over the internet and fix it, no house call. The full app shipped this week, and the big change is that a technician can connect right away when you call. There is no admin permission to wait on before the repair starts.

The software runs on Windows and starts without special permissions. During a repair, the technician sees what is wrong, shows it to you on screen, and fixes it while you watch. If setup hits a snag, you see the actual problem instead of a bare error code.
