Applicants use a shielded form. Their application comes straight to your private email.

- Featured — +$15. A labeled paid placement (a badge + top of the list). Not a quality rating; we never rank employers by merit.

Manage your post
When you post, we email you a private manage link. Use it to edit, renew, or take the post down — free, anytime. Lost the link? Open your post and click Manage; we'll email it to the address you posted with. We never show that link publicly.
Trust & rules
- We publish your words verbatim — we don't rewrite posts or rank employers.
- Equal-opportunity, no-fee jobs only. Asking applicants for money or an SSN gets a post removed.

Common questions
How much does it cost to post a job?
A job post is $10 and stays live for 30 days. Optional Featured placement is +$15. If you hire often, buy a bundle — 3 posts for $25, 5 for $40, or 10 for $70 — and pay less per post.
What does “Featured” mean?
Featured is a paid placement — advertising. Your post gets a Featured badge and shows at the top of the listings. It is NOT a quality score or a “best” rating. NPCLocal never rates, ranks, or recommends one employer over another.
Do job seekers pay anything?
No. Job seekers never pay to browse or apply, ever. Only the employer pays to post. Anyone who asks a seeker for money is a scam.
How do applications reach me?
Applicants use a shielded form on your listing. We send their message straight to your private email and keep no copy. Your email and phone are never shown on the post or to scrapers.
Can I edit or take down my post?
Yes. Use the private manage link we email you when you post. Lost it? Open your post, click “Manage,” and we’ll email the link to the address you posted with. Editing is free and re-checks the post.
What gets a post removed?
Posts that ask applicants for money or sensitive info (like an SSN), discriminate by age, sex, race, religion, or national origin, or match known scam patterns are blocked or taken down. Anyone can report a post and we review it fast.
