We built a smart vending cooler that answers customer questions and takes orders. It's running in the field now, and we needed a way to watch it without calling the site every time something felt off. The dashboard is live. We can see connection status, machine health, data usage, and whether the last sale went through clean.

The dashboard only shows verifiable facts. We don't guess. If we don't know the state of something, we say so. It's boring in the best way. No red herrings, no false alarms.
