Common questions
Do you only install one brand of POS?
No. We install Square, Clover, Toast, Lightspeed, Shopify POS, and traditional terminals. We recommend the right platform per business, then we install and support it. We don't sell software we won't support.
Can you migrate from my old system?
Yes. We export inventory, customers, and historical sales from most legacy systems (spreadsheet, Aldelo, NCR, Aloha, older Square) and import into the new platform. We test the import on a copy first.
Will PCI compliance break my POS?
Done right, the merchant never sees the card data. Modern terminals encrypt at the swipe / tap. We segment the POS network from your back-office Wi-Fi so a compromised laptop can't reach the terminals.
What about online orders integrating with the kitchen printer?
Yes for most modern POS platforms. DoorDash / Uber Eats / Grubhub print straight to the kitchen with a small integration. We set it up and test against live test orders.
Can you train my staff?
Yes. We deliver a one-page cheat sheet per role (cashier, manager, kitchen) plus a 30 to 60 minute walkthrough at install.
What if a card terminal breaks at peak hours?
We carry common terminals as loaners. Same-day swap for most processors. Network or settlement issues escalate to the processor with our case-history on file.
Do you handle gift cards and loyalty?
Yes through the POS-native modules (Square Gift Cards, Toast Loyalty, etc.). Third-party loyalty (Fivestars, Belly) requires confirming the integration is still active for your processor.
